It's Tender Time
When Pal's Sudden Service decided to bring back the Tender Pork Loin Biscuit—a favorite limited time offer menu item—they wanted a campaign that would generate fresh excitement and speak to a younger audience. We decided to do a play on the product name and give a nod to a similarly named dating app. Before kicking off the campaign with the commercial we launched a teaser campaign consisting of out of home and a fake dating TikTok ad pushing viewers to visit the website to learn more. The campaign saw an engagement rate of more than triple the industry average on social media, and Pal’s experienced a 23.5% increase in Tender Pork Loin Biscuit sales from its previous promotion period. The campaign was launched across social, digital, and TV.
